Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At MartX, we take pride in ensuring the quality of our goods through rigorous checks conducted by our quality assurance team before shipping. If, however, you receive a damaged or faulty item, we are here to assist you through our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy.

Returns and Exchanges

If you encounter any issues with a product, please promptly inform us through the following contact methods on the same day of receiving your parcel:

Ensure the product is dispatched in its original, unused condition within the next 3 days after reporting the issue. MartX will only process returns for items reported on the same day.

In the event of a return or exchange, it's the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is returned undamaged. Damaged products will be sent back to the customer.

 For exchanges, a delivery charge of Rs. 200 will apply for the new order as well.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. Refunds will be made via bank transfer for the product value only, excluding all shipping charges.

Customers can choose their preferred refund method, including Bank account, Jazz cash, or easy paisa. The refund process typically takes 3-7 working days.

For a seamless exchange experience, we recommend initiating a return for the item you wish to exchange ASAP. After the return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item, with the return product's amount being adjusted in your new purchase.
